Join the Druid Team: Company Manager
Druid seeks a Company Manager to join our busy team. This position requires the successful candidate to tour both nationally and internationally. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual.
Who We Are
Druid is Ireland’s premier touring theatre company. We produce award-winning theatre at home and abroad, touring regularly to prestigious national and international venues and festivals. We have performed on roadsides, in iron age forts, in castles and bars and on grand stages across three continents, with the finest national and international talent.
Duties

Acting as liaison between all departments and production company

Overseeing the Stage Management Department

Running technical rehearsals

Working closely with the Associate Producer and Production Manager to manage and issue weekly schedules during production periods

Ensuring production requirements are met and all departments are kept up to date on all matters concerning the production

Managing petty cash, credit card transactions and all other financial transactions within the Stage Management Department

Liaising with the Marketing Department on publicity engagements

Liaising with Marketing and venue FOH on box office

Arranging and management of all accommodation, travel and itineraries for company members

Acting as company representative and ambassador at events

Working with the Associate Producer and Production Manager on advance planning of productions
Experience
-
Extensive experience working as a Company Manager both nationally and internationally

A good working knowledge of the Irish theatre industry

Experience in Stage Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar

Excellent time management

Excellent communication skills
Employment
Druid is based in Galway. However, given the amount of traveling involved with the position, the candidate can be based anywhere in Ireland.
