Join the Druid Team: Administrator
Druid seeks an Administrator to join our busy team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to ensure the smooth running of the Druid offices in Galway and to support production and event logistics.
Purpose
- Ensure the smooth running of the Druid offices and support the producing of Druid’s artistic programme
- Liaise with key stakeholders to support company activities
- General project management
Requirements
- Should enjoy working as part of a small but highly focused team
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or producing role, working to tight deadlines
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- General support tasks associated with the regular running of a busy theatre company including but not limited to scheduling, travel and visa arrangements, and diary management
- Implementation and effective management of company software systems
- Leading on key company tasks such as opening night invitations and supporting ticket management with in-house and partner box offices
- Act as the first point of contact for the organisation
- Support the logistical running of in-house artist development programmes
- Management of human resource procedures, including but not limited to holiday management, sick leave, recruitment process and supervision of interns where appropriate
- Scheduling, management and minuting of meetings
- Day-to-day general management of the Druid Building, which includes but is not limited to managing relationships with tenants and service providers
- Management of projects as assigned by the Artistic Director and Executive Director
- To act as an official representative for the company when needed
