How to watch Souvenirs (John Prine)
Souvenirs - Celebrating the Life and Songs of John Prine with Family and Friends will be live streamed from Galway on Monday 4 October. The concert will then be available to view online on demand from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 October.
Here's all you need to know about watching Souvenirs online.
Please note that all times mentioned are local Irish times.
When can I book tickets?
You can book tickets for the live stream concert through our online box office until 30 minutes before the start time of the concert: 7pm on Monday 4 October prior to the concert which begins at 7.30pm.
You can book tickets for the on demand recording of the concert at any time until the midnight Sunday 10 October (Irish time).
I booked my tickets but haven't received a confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email from boxoffice@druid.ie within 24 hours of booking, please check your junk/spam folder. If it isn’t in your junk/spam it may be that the email address on your account is incorrect so please contact boxoffice@druid.ie.
When will I receive information on how to access the performance?
You will receive a link and a stream code in your confirmation email. Click the link to view the concert. For live stream bookers, the live stream will not be active until 30 minutes prior to the performance. You will also receive a reminder email at least 24 hours prior to your performance with your link.
When should I join the live stream?
We highly recommend joining 20 minutes before the concert begins, 7.10pm in advance of the 7.30pm start time. This will allow us to help support you if you have any technical issues without you having to miss the start of the show.
What if I arrive late to the live stream?
You will be able to join the performance using your link at any time but you may miss the beginning of the concert and will not be able to rewind or re-watch, just like at a live show. However, all live stream bookers will also be able to view the concert (using the same link) on demand from Thursday 7 October.
Where can I view the concert?
You can view the concert from anywhere in the world.
When can I view the concert on demand?
You can view the concert on demand from Thursday 7 October until midnight on Sunday 10 October (Irish time).
How long is the performance?
The concert lasts approximately 2 hours.
Can I watch the concert on my TV?
You can view the performance on your computer, tablet or phone. You can also cast it to your smart TV.
Can I share my link with anyone else?
Your ticket allows you to view the performance on one device. If you share your link with anyone else and they join before you, you will be unable to access the concert.
