I booked my tickets but haven't received a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from boxoffice@druid.ie within 24 hours of booking, please check your junk or spam folders. If it isn’t in your junk or spam folders, it may be that the email address on your account is incorrect so please contact boxoffice@druid.ie.

When will I receive information on how to access the performance?

You will receive a link in your confirmation email. Simply click the link to view the performance. The performance will be available from Tuesday 27 April at 10am GMT until Sunday 2 May at 11pm GMT. Each ticket lets you watch the show once on one device from anywhere in the world.

When can I view the play on demand?

You view the play on one device in your own time from Tuesday 27 April at 10am GMT until Sunday 2 May at 11pm GMT.

How long is the performance?

The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes with no interval.

Can I watch the performance on my TV?

You can view the performance on your computer, tablet or phone. You can also cast it to your smart TV.

Can I watch the performance with captions?

Yes, the on demand performance of Boland: Journey of a Poet is available with captions. To view with captions, please book an on demand ticket. Once you activate your on demand video link, an option to view with captions will be available on the video page.

Can I share my link with anyone else?

Your ticket allows you to view the performance on one device. If you share your link with anyone else and they activate the performance before you, you will be unable to view the performance.
