When can I book tickets?

You can book tickets for the live stream performances 24/7 through our online box office until 30 minutes before the start time of each live stream performance. The box office will close at 2pm before the 2.30pm matinee performance and at 7pm before the 7.30pm evening performances.

Can I make changes to my booking?

We’re unable to make any changes to your booking with less than 48 hours notice. If you would like to make changes outside this time frame please contact boxoffice@druid.ie.

I booked my tickets but haven't received a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from boxoffice@druid.ie within 24 hours of booking, please check your junk/spam folder. If it isn’t in your junk/spam it may be that the email address on your account is incorrect so please contact boxoffice@druid.ie

When will I receive information on how to access the performance?

You will receive a link and a stream code in your confirmation email. Click the link to view the performance. The stream will not be active until 30 minutes prior to the performance. You will also receive a reminder email at least 24 hours prior to your performance with your link. Each ticket lets you watch the show live on one device anywhere in the world.

When should I join?

We highly recommend joining 20 minutes prior to your chosen performance time. This will allow us to help support you if you have any technical issues without you having to miss the start of the show.

What if I arrive late?

You will be able to join the performance using your link at any time. However, you may miss the beginning of the performance and will not be able to rewind or re-watch, just like at the theatre.

How long is the performance?

The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes with no interval.

Can I watch the performance on my TV?

You can view the performance on your computer, tablet or phone. You can also cast it to your smart TV.

Can I share my link with anyone else?

Your ticket allows you to view the performance on one device. If you share your link with anyone else and they join before you, you will be unable to join the performance.
