Druid is a writers’ theatre with a long track record for premiering new plays of international stature.

Our New Writing script submission window for 2022 has closed. The deadline was Wednesday 31 August 2022.

Thank you to the hundreds of writers who sent us scripts - our reading panel look forward to reading your plays.

We will reopen for submissions in the summer of 2023.

Selected scripts are read as part of the company’s Druid Debut series each summer, with a view to further development.
